Torah Scroll or Sefer Torah is usually written on about 60-65 sheets of parchment, 245 columns, 42 lines each. When writing is finished the sofer - scribe - sews the sheets together and sews the whole scroll to wooden holders -'atzey chayim' (ashkenazi pronunciation for 3ase Hayyim - 'trees of life'). אחרי שמסיימים לכתוב ספר תורה תופרים את כל היריעות ואז תופרים את הספר לעצי חיים دوختن سفر تورا دوختن کتاب تورات که بر پوست های گاو نوشته شده Процесс сшивания свитка Торы ( сефер Тора).
